In this article, I will be sharing about Starling Bistro & Pub, and my date with Li Ya Na and her mommy. Li Ya Na is like a little sister to me, she is always so adorable, lovely, sweet, and manja. Our dinner date is at Starling Bistro & Pub, SS2, Petaling Jaya (Next to FamilyMart)😊
From the outside, it looks the same as other ordinary bistro & pub. What makes it different from others? Not the promotion, not about the Buy 2 Free 3. They serve 100% halal foods with organic vegetables, and they serve in-house home-made kind of foods, Malay-friends are always welcome to visit.
The chef is one of the partners, he is an A-class Malay chef from Kelantan. He formerly at JW Marriott, Armada Hotel, St Regis, Sheraton Hotel, Equatorial Penang, Langkawi Seaview Hotel, and he was invited to cook a meal during the Hyatt's opening.
As I mentioned earlier, the serve organic vegetables. One of their partners owns a farm at Genting area. They have a school of fish to keep their vegetables simply healthy because they use 'fish farmers'. The fishes eat and poo, and the poo action bring fertilizer to the plants, this is known as Aquaponic.

I love this place, it's a good place, it's not too noisy, we still able to chit-chat, with delicious foods satisfied out stomachs 😋 I enjoy my dinner a lot. Thank you, my dear sister, Li Ya Na, and happy to meet aunty, aunty is a nice person to chat with.
