Ayubowan! Welcome back and how do you do? "Ayubowan" is the word used in Sri Lanka to greet someone. It means Long Life. One is Generally greeted by joining two hands in prayer-like manner and saying "Ayubowan". This phrase can be used any time of the day. However, in the city it is more common to be greeted with a hand shake, while the village folks still greet you in the traditional way. You are right! Of course, I immediately check about my room, and time to take a shower to refresh from the long journey :) First scene caught in my eyes and Wow ~ ! !! The room was really big and amazing, feels like dancing in the room; it's been so wide like a ballroom! And Guess what? Hotel Review: Mimosa Hotel Melacca (Melaka)

28 March 2015: I went to Melacca (Melaka) for work during the weekend, and the hotel I wanted to book was fully booked, so I came across to Mimosa Hotel at booking.com , which it's very near to Joker Street, walking distance around 5 minutes away. I stayed in an executive room, per night around RM246 with bathtub, but sadly the bathtub are not functional, the water keeps leaking. It may be our bad day as the day we visited, they are having water pressure issues as they are dealing with the plumber, and nothing they can do much because the entire floor are affected by the same issue. The room is with window view, width room space which I really love the most with cooling air conditional, but the LED screen TV is a little small. I can only rate this hotel for 2 stars, as their service are not as what I expected. The hotel looks small but it's comforting to stay in, and the interior of the lobby, it's so unique and fashionable.
