Ohara Matsuri 2.0 happening on 2nd - 5th November 2017!
Ohara Matsuri is Kagoshima's biggest annual festival returns each November with traditional dance parades, taiko performances and a whole lot more. Besides, the festival originally started in 1949, The Kagoshima version features 20,000 dancers dancing to local folk music known as Ohara-bushi and Hanya-bushi. These styles of music are characterized by intense taiko drumming.
At Ohara Matsuri 2.0 by Citta Mall, there are many activities such as Cosplay Competition!
Cosplay is a contraction of the words costume play, is a hobby in which participants called cosplayers wear costumes and fashion accessories to represent a specific character of anime, cartoons, comic books, live-action films, television series and video games.
