Legendary Raikou

Raikou (Japanese: ライコウ Raikou) is an Electric-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation II.
It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon.
Along with Entei and Suicune, it is one of the Legendary beasts resurrected by Ho-Oh after the burning of the Brass Tower. Of the three Legendary beasts, Raikou is said to represent the lightning strike which ignited the fire that consumed the Brass Tower.
"This Legendary Raikou,
I find it's tougher to catch than Suicune.
Anyone have the same thought?
It drove me crazy!
Every time, it just runs away!
Every time you hear people said:"I got it!"
And you will go like:"Where is mine?"
I get my very first Raikou
during my sixth raid!"
This is my 6th raid experience on catching my first Raikou:
(While raiding)
Friend A: Joanne, you got how many Raikou?
Drama Me: No ~ None...... (Sad)
Friend B: It's ok la, remind me of Lugia. I raid for 11 times to get my 1st Lugia.
Shocked Me: What?! Don't tell me I need to raid for 11 times?!
Friend A: My friend previously raids 14 times to get his 1st Suicune.
Shocked Me: Huh?! Seriously?!
Friend A: Oh! I got my 1st Raikou! It's my 2nd raid.
Crazy Me: Omg! So fast?
Friend A: At the 1st ball, and I caught it!
Panic Me: Omg!
(I didn't notice my phone after I throw my 2nd ball. Just notice it's shaking the 2nd time.)
Happy Me: Finally! I caught my 1st Raikou!
Friend A, B, C, D & others: Congratulation!
Thankful Me: Oh gosh! Luckily I don't have to raid for 11 or 14 times. (Phew!)

Caught My 2nd Raikou Experience:
(While Raiding)
Confuse Me: (After killing the boss, I observe the cp on the top right: CP1913)
Blur Me: 1-9-1-3?
Friend B: What? 1913?
Blur Me: 1-9-1-3?
Friend B: What? 1913?
Friend A: 1913?
Blur Me: Yah! I am not sure, maybe I missee.
(While the screen showing rewards: Potions, revive, and etc.)
Surprise Me: Seriously?! It's 1913.
Friend B: 1913? Good ... good luck ya!
Friend A: Good luck.
Nervous Me: (Panic, and feed Golden Razz) Shxt! I missed my first ball. (Jumping)
Friend B: Relax.
Panic Me: (Throw the second ball, Raikou jumped out) God damn! Stress wei~!
Friend B: Chill Chill.
Panic Me: (Feed Golden Razz, and throw my 3rd ball)
Friend A: Got it!!!
Crazy Me: Again?! So Fast!
(Look at my screen - Guess what?) I GOT IT!!! 1913! (Jumping! Excited)
Friend A & B: Congratulation! 1913! Wow!
Crazy Me: Thank you! Thank you!
"That's how I got my 1913!!!
I caught both of my Raikou after the same guy claimed he got his Raikou!"
